Our Story
From a hungry food truck to Södermalm's living room
Bearburger started in 2018 as a rickety food truck parked outside Slussen, run by two friends who agreed on exactly one thing: most burgers in Stockholm were way too polite.
So we made ours loud. Bigger patties, bolder sauces, and toppings borrowed from grandma's pantry — lingonberries, pickled cucumber, crispy onions. Six years and one very good bear mascot later, we've got a proper spot on Götgatan and a menu that still refuses to behave.
